The New 2025 Honda Passport Review, Specs & Price

2025 Honda Passport-While mid-size SUVs typically have three rows of seating, there are a number of models in this class with only two rows. The Passport stands out as one of the best options, especially following the recent update. The most recent refresh was a standard mid-cycle update, and it included a slew of intriguing new features. As a result, we are confident that the 2025 Honda Passport will include no significant alterations. We anticipate seeing the same design, which has a lot to offer. We adore the way this Honda rides, whether it’s because of the smooth engine or the engaging handling. The Passport is also fantastic on the inside. It is spacious and pleasant, with an excellent interior design. Finally, a long list of standard equipment is provided. Given the lack of major revisions, we anticipate that the 2025 Honda Passport will be available in the fourth quarter of the year.

The design of the 2025 Honda Passport will remain unchanged. This SUV debuted in 2019 and shares many similarities with the Pilot. The two SUVs share the same wheelbase and most mechanical components, though the Passport has a slightly different suspension setup that makes it more engaging to drive and even more capable on the road, thanks to 8.1 inches of ground clearance and the available all-wheel-drive system with torque vectoring. This SUV is not only well-engineered, but it is also visually appealing. The recent update introduced much-needed aesthetic modifications, and the new model is bolder, more tougher, and far superior. As a result, we don’t expect any major changes in the next model year, though we wouldn’t rule out the potential of new color variations and other small changes.

This modification had little impact on the interior of this SUV, and most features remained unchanged. That’s not a problem at all, given that this SUV has always been known for its excellent inside quality. Don’t be deceived by the lack of flashy modern features and super-fine materials. The construction quality is superb, as is the attention to detail. The Passport is robust on the inside, and we enjoy the amount of room it provides. Both rows of seats comfortably accommodate adults, even tall travelers. The front seats are large and supportive, and the driving position is fantastic, as we’ve come to expect from Honda. When it comes to cargo capacity, it provides approximately 41.2 cubic feet behind its back seats and 77.7 cubic feet of overall cargo room, which is rather impressive for the segment.

Some novelties may be included, but we are confident that the majority of the standard and available equipment will remain unchanged from the current model. As a result, all models should include features such as an 8-inch touch screen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, wireless device charging, HD Radio, satellite radio, a seven-speaker stereo, Bluetooth, three USB ports, tri-zone automatic climate control, proximity keyless entry, push-button start, remote start, and a moonroof as standard equipment. Ambient lighting, navigation, a 10-speaker audio, and a Wi-Fi hot spot are already available as options.

Things behind the hood will mostly definitely remain same. We’re looking at the same 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces roughly 280 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque. That’s more than enough for a comfortable ride, but what really stands out is the engine’s refinement. The 9-speed automatic transmission is also excellent, shifting smoothly and on time. The average fuel economy is around 20 miles per gallon in town and 25 miles per gallon on the highway, which is about average for the segment. Front-wheel drive is standard, although Honda’s well-known all-wheel-drive system with torque vectoring is optional.
