There are two different powerplant options for the K5. With the exception of the GT, all grades come standard with a 1.6-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine that produces 180 horsepower and 195 pound-feet of torque. The GT instead has a huge 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that produces 290 horsepower and 311 pound-feet of torque.
